Advanced Care Northwest LLC is committed to creating and providing an environment that brings enjoyment, compassion, and comfort to the client's in-home care experience. It is our mission and priority to provide quality services to all clients while promoting safety and independent living to every family and age group.
Home Safety
At Advanced Care Northwest LLC, we treat our clients safety as one of our highest priorities. We insure all employees' undergo federal background checks and fingerprinting receiving clearance from the Idaho Criminal History Unit prior to entering a client's residence. Employees are screened based on commitment, personality, ability to work well in an in-home setting, skill level, and experience.
All employees with RN & CNA licenses are verified through the Idaho Board of Nursing and Nurse Aid Registry prior to employment. CNA's are available per clients needs and requests.
Caregivers are required to complete consistent in-service training as well as other work related training programs as needed to benefit the particular client/caregiver scenario.
Quality Assurance
Advanced Care Northwest LLC fully understands the concerns acquired with inviting a stranger into your home which is why we strongly recomment the option of a free intitial consultation. This allows our staff to get aquainted with clients and their family members, their needs and requests, and allows for optimal caregiver placement.
The initial evaluation will help us determine the clients level of care and if any special medical needs or equipment may be necessary. During this visit we want to get to know the client and their daily routine. It is important for us to learn the client's likes and dislikes or any other information necessary to make the in-home care services as pleasant as possible.
The information received through the initial evaluation will also help the Advanced Care Northwest LLC Registered Nurse (RN) write a plan of care, required for all clients, specifically covering all pertinent medical information, client's requests, needs, goals, and all other necessary information.
All clients and caregivers will be supervised by administration and a licensed RN on a frequent basis to insure the best care possible will be provided to all clients.
